As far as possible, we ensure that our courses are contextually relevant and aligned to the daily experience of participants and will attempt to build on their existing knowledge and skills.
The participative nature of our methodology allows for the learning to be shared by the participants with the trainer acting as participant, facilitator and trainer.
In line with this approach, our emphasis is on group discussion and practical worksheets. Our training manuals contain technical information as well as summaries and checklists to which participants can refer to in future. They are also practical, use simulations, roles plays and case studies.
Where necessary, our courses are aligned to NQF unit standards. We also constantly research to keep abreast with new trends and developments.
